Please submit your team's Weekly Scoresheet by Friday at noon of each the week's activity by your Team Captain (or Proxy).
The 6-week challenge will include the following activities:
- June 16th - June 20th: Shuffleboard
- June 23rd - June 27th: Rubber Band Archery
- July 7th - July 11th: Horse Race
- July 14th - July 18th: Basketball
- July 21st - July 25th: Office Relay
- July 28th - August 1st: Golf
The HealthierU! Committee will host a weekly demonstration on Tuesdays from 12-1pm in the 'Olympic Arena' (Building 72/Pedagogy Room). Teams can choose to complete the activity in their office or in the ‘Olympic Arena’.
All submissions require a video upload unless performed/recorded at the ‘Olympic Arena’ on Tuesdays.

2025 Water Challenge
HealthierU! is excited to present the 2025 Make a Splash Water Challenge! The goal is to stay hydrated through our hot summer. Make a Splash! will begin on July 7- August 3, 2025 (4 weeks).
The goal of Make a Splash! is to track your water intake every day for the entire 4 weeks of the challenge. The general guideline we will follow is at least 64 ounces of water a day. While we want to see you achieve consuming at least 64 ounces of water a day, this challenge is more about personal growth. So, the goal is about getting into the habit of drinking water and seeing improvements in your health.
