Instructions

  • Step 1: Access the Transfer Equivalency Self-Service app.
  • Step 2: Get started by creating an account (this will allow us to reach out to you regarding your enrollment at UWF) or sign in as a guest if you’re just exploring options.
  • Step 3: Complete the academic intake questions so we can provide you the correct audit for your program of choice (please note some of the answers will auto-fill depending upon your selections).
    • Select your term of intended enrollment
    • Select your program of choice
    • The level will default to “Undergraduate”
    • The degree will default to “BA” or “BS”
    • Confirm your major of choice
    • Add a minor (if applicable)
  • Step 4: Begin by adding a class or exam you have completed for credit.
    • For Classes:
      • First search the name of your college/university, and then click your selection.
      • Next, type in your first class by name (and if we have the course in our system) you’ll be able to add it to your transfer work.
        • Once a class is selected, enter the term in which you attempted/completed the course, credit hours received, grade received, and the type of credits earned (quarter/semester).
        • Select “Proceed” to successfully add to your transfer work.
    • For Exams:
      • Select the type of test you’ve completed
      • Next, enter your test score and test date.
        • Select “Done” to successfully add to your transfer work.
  • Step 5: Once all applicable classes/exams have been entered, select “I’m all done!” to process your degree audit. This will then show you your unofficial degree audit, which can also be downloaded as a PDF for printing purposes.
