  1. Accessing the Contract:
  2. Term: Select the term you would like to live on campus

  3. Steps:
    • Living Learning Communities (LLCs):
      • If you’re interested in living in an LLC, rank the choices in order of your preference, 1 being the LLC you most prefer to live in, 2 being your second choice, and so on.
      • If you do not wish to live in an LLC, you may skip this section and go on to the next page.
    • Room preferences:
      • Choose at least five room preferences and choose a variety of room types. This will help best assign you to a suitable space in cases of limited availability.
    • Roommates:
      • List your requested roommate’s(s) name and date of birth.
  4. Confirmation page:
    • Make sure you click every Next and Finish button until you get a confirmation page. If you did not get a confirmation page, then your contract was not successfully submitted.

Email housing@uwf.edu if you have any questions.

Important Information about Housing Contracts

The housing contract is a legally binding document made between The Department of Housing and Residence Life and the student. Please review the Terms and Conditions of the Housing Contract and our cancellation policies before completing your contract(s).

*Because space is limited and spots are offered on a first come, first served basis, you are strongly encouraged to complete your contract as soon as possible. Contracts that are submitted after capacity has been reached will be added to a standby list.

Immunization Requirements: All students living on campus must also submit their Immunizations documentation to Student Health Services prior to moving in.

Processing Fee and Prepayment

All students completing a Housing contract have to pay the $25 processing fee at the time of completing the contract.

All new or FTIC contracts (never lived on campus at UWF) also have to pay the $200 prepayment, which is applied to their total bill for the semester. The prepayment is only done once and must be paid before the student is assigned to a bed space.

Payment methods

Credit/debit cards: Credit/debit cards are accepted online. Do not submit a prepayment form if you are paying with a credit/debit card.

Checks or money orders: If paying by check or money order, print out a Mail In Prepayment Letter 2024-2025 and take it or mail it to the cashier's office with your payment.‌
