This webpage provides information on the requirements and steps for joining a fraternity or sorority at UWF.
Membership Requirements for FSL Eligibility
- Must be a current undergraduate degree-seeking UWF student.
- Completion of the necessary forms and modules listed below.

Complete the following*:
Step 1: Hazing Prevention 101 Course—College Edition 2025
Step 2: Hazing Regulation Notice
Step 3: FSL Grade Release Form
Step 4: Virtual FSL Info Session Quiz

Access Classmate via MyUWF.

Click on "eLearning" at the top of the page.

Navigate to "Self Enrollment."

Click "Enroll" on 'Fraternity and Sorority Life Information Course.'
Step 5: Register for Recruitment or Fill out an Interest Form
- NPC-Panhellenic Sorority Formal Recruitment Registration
- IFC-Interfraternity Council Formal Recruitment Registration-Coming June 2nd!
- MGC-Multicultural Greek Council Interest Form
- NPHC-National Pan-Hellenic Council Interest Form
*Please note you will need your MyUWF credentials to complete the requirements.
Completion of FSL necessary forms and modules does not guarantee membership into any FSL organization.
