Find your way around campus with the campus map

Find your way around campus by using the interactive online campus map. Do you know where the Cannon Green or the University Commons are located? Those are just two of our students’ favorite places to eat, hang out between classes, play games with new friends in the Game Room, and learn about events happening around campus. Of course, there are many other exciting and beautiful places around campus to explore, so bookmark the map and find your own favorite spots.

Move-in Day for students living on campus is August 15-17

If you’re living on campus, you’ll be able to move into your residence hall on August 15. Visit the Housing and Residence Life Move-in website linked in this headline for specific information about preparing for your arrival, as well as move-in day itself. If your family is helping you move, check out the Argo Arrival Family Welcome event together.

Celebrate the start of the semester with Argo Arrival

Argo Arrival is the official welcome season for new and returning students. Kick off the new school year, explore involvement opportunities, have fun, enjoy free food, and meet new people. Argo Arrival events are FREE for all current students with a valid Nautilus Card.

Hurricane and Tropical Storm Preparedness. Hurricane season is June-November

In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm approaching Northwest Florida, University officials communicate with students via email, uwf.edu, UWF social media outlets (Facebook and Twitter), and the UWF text messaging system. Our goal is for all students whether they are living on campus, are commuting, or are fully online to have a plan and to be prepared.

As a student, you have access to many 1-1 support services and resources around campus. This glossary will be updated throughout the semester to give you quick access to other support services relevant to where we are in the semester. (ex. Argo Arrival starts August 14

Celebrate the start of your first semester with Argo Arrival, our campus-wide welcome season for new and returning Argos. There will be events for you and your family, free food, and lots of opportunities to make new friends. We'll see you there!

- Come use amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, charging stations or the quiet study space. This space is specifically designed for students who are living off-campus and commute to UWF

- Access the Gym in the HLS Facility with your Nautilus Card and/or with the RecWell mobile app
Game Room in the Commons
