PHONATHON FALL 2018

WHY DO WE CALL?

The University of West Florida community includes alumni, parents, and friends of the university. We aim to stay in touch with our community family by hearing about your experiences and sharing our own. We will also update your contact information, share some current events on and around campus, and provide opportunities for you to stay connected with UWF.

We hope you will choose to make a gift to the University of West Florida, the school, college, or area that means something special to you. All funds raised during the annual phonathon will benefit UWF students, faculty and staff today and tomorrow. Your donation impacts the lives and education for current and future students.

Argo callers are passionate about what they are involved in at UWF and want to hear your stories, too! What did you love most? Which professor made a difference for you? How do you want to stay connected? We can only do this if you give us a chance. When you see UWF calling please take a couple minutes and connect with a fellow Argo.

WHO IS CALLING ME?

Located on the University of West Florida campus, our Phonathon team consists of a group of 25 students who make phone calls to alumni and friends of the unviersity. With shifts running Monday-Thursday from 5-9 and Sunday 2-5:30, students have the flexibility to choose their own work schedule so school schedules don’t interfere. Student callers work a minimum of 2 shifts a week so that they have the time to concentrate on their schoolwork.
