What is Tutor.com/Military? Tutor.com/Military is a Department of Defense funded program that provides 24/7 on-demand online academic support, proofreading and career services at no cost to eligible students.

Who are the tutors? Each of the 3,000+ tutors is a carefully screened subject matter expert who must complete a rigorous application process and background check. Tutors include certified teachers, college professors and graduate students from accredited universities and other professionals—and many are military-affiliated.
What can students get help with? Students at every level-from elementary to advanced-can get help with homework, studying, projects, essay writing and test prep in 40+ subjects including algebra, statistics, chemistry, physics, social studies and English. Students also can receive career help and advice with resume and cover letter writing. You can get tutoring help three ways: start a session immediately after logging into your account, schedule a future tutoring session, or upload a document for offline review and get comments back within 24 hours.
How does the online tutoring work? All sessions are online and one-to-one. Students can work with an online tutor by simply going to tutor.com/military and creating an account.
Is the service available remotely? Yes. Students can connect to the Tutor.com/military from any internet-connected device; there is also an app available for tablets and smartphones.
