Feedback is a part of how we work at UWF Facilities Management. It can be a simple comment on a completed work order or project, an issue you’ve noticed on campus, or a more detailed and structured discussion about what we are doing well and what we could do better.
Feedback
Who can you give feedback to? We can all give feedback to people that we work with in Facilities Management:
- Our supervisors/managers
- The staff we supervise/manage
- Our peers and colleagues
- People that we interact with or rely on to do our job
It doesn’t matter what level they are, or whether our job is at the same, higher or lower level. Everyone should get feedback about his or her job performance to improve and to develop and to become more empowered. We'll get your feedback to the right person.
