Our Staff

The Center is a department under the Division of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs. The ERCCD Board of Advisors serve as a consultative board, making recommendations and providing information to the ERCCD administration. The Center Director provides on-site operation and management.

Assistant Teachers

Support and assist Lead Teachers with classroom management, lesson planning, assessments, and supervising the children assigned to their classroom.

All ERCCD staff are required annual in-service training and have an approved DCF Level 2 background screening prior to employment.
