Therapy Assistance Online

Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) is a web-based program that offers engaging, interactive modules to teach life skills and help you bounce back from disappointments or stumbling blocks in life. TAO is confidential, free and available to all UWF students.

What Is TAO Self-help?

TAO Self-Help is an interactive, web-based program that provides assistance to help you learn about and change how you think, feel, and act. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, relationships, communication, anger management, recovery, mindfulness, and more. 

TAO’s program includes modules, assessments, practice tools and logs, as well as a mindfulness library. The content is evidence-based and aims to help students increase adaptive and positive behaviors. 

What Are The Benefits Of TAO Self-help?

  • 24/7 access to TAO so you can comfortably work at your own pace.
